Ingredients and Directions For Russian Vinaigrette Salad
- Chop 18 oz (500g) of boiled potatoes
- 14 oz (400g) of boiled carrots
- 1.3lb (600g) of boiled beets
- Put these in a bowl
- Chop 2 pickled cucumbers
- 5 spring onions
- Add 10 oz (280g) of canned or boiled pears
- Rich pinch of salt
- Black pepper
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of white vinegar
- Mix well and serve
