Polish Mushroom Vegetable Soup Slavic Oat Beet Kissel and Shole Wheat Tortillas

Polish Mushroom Vegetable Soup Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Dried Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup of water
  • Let soak for 30-40 minutes and then wash well
  • Add 4 pieces of celery
  • 5 Liters of water
  • Boil for 10-15 minutes and remove celery
  • Then add 4 large potatoes
  • 1 Large onion
  • 1/4 Cup of zucchini
  • 1 Large carrot
  • 2 Cups of mushrooms
  • Boil for 15-20 Minutes
  • Add 1tbsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of Garlic powder
  • 3 Bay leaves
  • Greens to taste
  • 2 tbsp of Cheese spread
  • Boil for 3 minutes
  • Serve with cooked pasta

Slavic Oat Beet Kissel Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz (100g) of oatmeal
  • 1 Small beetroot
  • 3.5 oz (100g) of prunes
  • 1.5 liters of boiling water
  • Simmer for 30-40 minutes
  • Add sweetener to taste
  • Drink cold, and you’re ready serve

Whole Wheat Tortillas Ingredients

  • 1.8 oz (50g) of Butter
  • 1/2 tsp of Salt
  • 11.3 oz (320g) of Whole wheat flour
  • 200 ml of warm water
  • Mix well and Cut into 12 pieces
  • Leave for 10 minutes
  • Cook until bubbles form
  • Cook for 1 more minute and serve
