Polish Mushroom Vegetable Soup, Slavic Oat Beet Kissel and Whole Wheat Tortillas Recipe
Polish Mushroom Vegetable Soup Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Dried Mushrooms
- 1 Cup of water
- Let soak for 30-40 minutes and then wash well
- Add 4 pieces of celery
- 5 Liters of water
- Boil for 10-15 minutes and remove celery
- Then add 4 large potatoes
- 1 Large onion
- 1/4 Cup of zucchini
- 1 Large carrot
- 2 Cups of mushrooms
- Boil for 15-20 Minutes
- Add 1tbsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp of Garlic powder
- 3 Bay leaves
- Greens to taste
- 2 tbsp of Cheese spread
- Boil for 3 minutes
- Serve with cooked pasta
Slavic Oat Beet Kissel Ingredients
- 3.5 oz (100g) of oatmeal
- 1 Small beetroot
- 3.5 oz (100g) of prunes
- 1.5 liters of boiling water
- Simmer for 30-40 minutes
- Add sweetener to taste
- Drink cold, and you’re ready serve
Whole Wheat Tortillas Ingredients
- 1.8 oz (50g) of Butter
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 11.3 oz (320g) of Whole wheat flour
- 200 ml of warm water
- Mix well and Cut into 12 pieces
- Leave for 10 minutes
- Cook until bubbles form
- Cook for 1 more minute and serve
