Ingredients and Directions For Loaded Spaghetti
- Slice half of red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- Preheat 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Place onions and bell pepper to a pan
- Sauté until onions are translucent
- Meanwhile cook 3 oz (85g) of whole-wheat spaghetti
- Add 2/3 cup of cooked peas
- Add the cooked spaghetti and stir well, and serve
