- Take a deep glass
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 150 ml of sunflower oil
- 1 tsp of mustard
- 1 egg
- Cover egg yoke with hand blender
- Blend until smooth (about 20 seconds)
