  • Take a deep glass

  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 150 ml of sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp of mustard
  • 1 egg
  • Cover egg yoke with hand blender
  • Blend until smooth (about 20 seconds)
  • You can store this in a fridge for up to 1 week
