- 2 cups of boiled chickpeas
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/3 cup of liquid from chickpeas boiled water
- 1/3 cup of tahini paste
- Blend for 3-5 minutes until homogeneous and smooth
- Pour into a bowl
- Serve with olive oil
- Paprika and parsley
