Ingredients and Directions For Homemade Hummus

  • 2 cups of boiled chickpeas
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/3 cup of liquid from chickpeas boiled water
  • 1/3 cup of tahini paste
  • Blend for 3-5 minutes until homogeneous and smooth
  • Pour into a bowl
  • Serve with olive oil
  • Paprika and parsley
