This facial moisturizer for normal skin is made with only natural ingredients and its role is to hydrate and keep the skin toned and healthy.
When you start using this moisturizer lotion, you will see how the quality of your epidermis is improving everyday. Besides preparing them (which, from my point of view, is an extremely relaxing and pleasant activity), the only thing you need to do is to remember using them.
The thing with these homemade lotions is that you make them with your own hands. And you’ll be so proud of the final result that you’ll know in your heart that you have to use all of it, until the last drop:)
Ingredients For Facial Moisturizer For Normal Skin:
- 2 tbsp aloe vera gel
- about 1 oz hot water
- 2 tbsp jojoba wax/beeswax
- ½ tsp vegetable glycerin
- 3 drops Rosa Mosqueta oil
- 1 tsp dried herbs (I used calendula and chamomile)
- 6 drops of your favorite essential oil (I used Geranium and Lemon)
1 Add the dried herbs to a glass bowl and pour the hot water over the dried herbs and let steep for at least 10 minutes. After that drain the liquid and put it aside. Then combine the wax with the oils (except for the essential ones).
2 Pour some water into a pan and put the jar in. Place the pan over low heat and melt the wax.
3 Remove the jar from heat and begin stirring until it gets colder. And mix in slowly the plant liquid, the glycerin and the aloe vera gel until you get the desired consistency. After that, store it in a dry container. Make sure you keep it in the fridge or a dark, cool place.
