Ingredients and Directions For Pumpkin Cake
- Grate 18 oz (500g) of pumpkin
- Place it in a bowl and add 4 oz (100g) of sugar
- Small pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 50 ml of vegetable oil
- 6 oz (170g) of flour
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- Mix until smooth
- Smear baking pan with oil and pour the mixture
- Bake at 360F/180C for about 50 minutes or until cooked
- Serve as required
