Curried Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe


Ingredients and Directions For Curried Egg Salad Sandwich

  • Chop 2 hard-cooked eggs
  • Quarter of bell pepper
  • Mix eggs and bell pepper in a bowl
  • Add 2 tbsp of plain yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp of curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp of salt
  • Add some black pepper and mix well
  • Make 2 rye bread toasts
  • Cover with fresh spinach
  • Add egg mixture on top, cover and serve
