Couscous with Vegetables and Eggs Fried in Tomato Sauce Recipe


Couscous with Vegetables Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of Butter
  • 1 Large onion
  • 1 Large carrot
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • Sauté for 10-15 minutes
  • Then add 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 Cup of couscous
  • 1 1/2 Cups of boiling water
  • Let steam for 5 minutes and serve

Eggs Fried in Tomato Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of Olive oil
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Large onion
  • Sauté for 5-7 minutes
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin
  • 1/2 tsp of Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp of Paprika flakes
  • 3 Large tomatoes
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes
  • Then add 4 large eggs
  • Cook until eggs are set, and serve
