Couscous with Vegetables and Eggs Fried in Tomato Sauce Recipe
Couscous with Vegetables Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of Butter
- 1 Large onion
- 1 Large carrot
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- Sauté for 10-15 minutes
- Then add 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 Cup of couscous
- 1 1/2 Cups of boiling water
- Let steam for 5 minutes and serve
Eggs Fried in Tomato Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of Olive oil
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Large onion
- Sauté for 5-7 minutes
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of chili powder
- 1/2 tsp of cumin
- 1/2 tsp of Oregano
- 1/2 tsp of Paprika flakes
- 3 Large tomatoes
- Cook for 15-20 minutes
- Then add 4 large eggs
- Cook until eggs are set, and serve
