Cauliflower Carrot Fritters and Spinach Quiche Recipe

Cauliflower Carrot Fritters, Ingredients and Direction

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 head of cooked cauliflower
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of ginger powder
  • 3 tbsp of parsley
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • Some black pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Fry for about 4 minutes or more, and serve

Spinach Quiche, Ingredients and Direction

  • 2.6 oz (75g) of butter
  • 4.8 oz (135g) of whole wheat flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp of sour cream
  • Add 2 tbsp of oil to the pan
  • Small piece of butter
  • 2 large onions
  • Saut√© for 10 minutes
  • One large bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1.1 lb (500g) of spinach
  • Once again, saut√© for 10 minutes
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 8.8 oz (250g) of feta
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 5.3 oz (150g) of cheese
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes at 400F (205C) and serve
