Buckwheat Milk Porridge, Ingredients and Direction

  • 1/2 Cup of buckwheat
  • 1/8 tsp of salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups of water
  • Simmer for 18-20 minutes
  • After that add 1 tbsp of butter
  • 3 Cups of milk
  • Mix well and simmer for 5-8 minutes
  • Add toppings to taste, and serve

Buckwheat Tabbouleh, Ingredients and Direction

  • 1 Cup of buckwheat
  • 3/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of oil
  • 2 1/2 Cups of water
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes
  • Then add 2 large tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of parsley
  • 1/4 cup of mint, and pinch of salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Mix well and serve

  • 1 tsp of oil
  • 2 1/2 Cups of water
