Buckwheat Milk Porridge, Ingredients and Direction
- 1/2 Cup of buckwheat
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1 1/2 Cups of water
- Simmer for 18-20 minutes
- After that add 1 tbsp of butter
- 3 Cups of milk
- Mix well and simmer for 5-8 minutes
- Add toppings to taste, and serve
Buckwheat Tabbouleh, Ingredients and Direction
- 1 Cup of buckwheat
- 3/4 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of oil
- 2 1/2 Cups of water
- Cook for 15-20 minutes
- Then add 2 large tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of parsley
- 1/4 cup of mint, and pinch of salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Mix well and serve
