Braised Cabbage Recipe

Required Ingredients and Directions For Braised Cabbage Recipe :

  • Chop 1 medium onion
  • Grate 1 medium carrot
  • Pour 3 tbsp of vegetable oil into deep preheated pan
  • Saute for about 5 minutes
  • Chop 2lb (900g) of cabbage
  • Braise for about 40 minutes (or until golden) under the lid and stir occasionally
  • Add 2 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • Add ground black pepper
  • Mix well and braise for 5 minutes more and serve
