Baked Egg Boats With Cheese and Spring Onions

Ingredients and Directions For Baked Egg Boats

  • Chop 2 spring onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of heavy cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • Some black pepper and mix well
  • Add 3.5 oz (100g) of Chedder cheese and spring onions and mix well
  • Cut 4 wholegrain baguatte in half
  • Pour the cheese and spring onions in each half
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until egg mixture is set (350F/180C)
  • It’s time to Serve
