Ingredients and Directions For Baked Egg Boats
- Chop 2 spring onions
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp of heavy cream
- Pinch of salt
- Some black pepper and mix well
- Add 3.5 oz (100g) of Chedder cheese and spring onions and mix well
- Cut 4 wholegrain baguatte in half
- Pour the cheese and spring onions in each half
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until egg mixture is set (350F/180C)
