Arugula Salad with Tomatoes and Boiled New Potatoes with Dill Recipe
Ingredients and Direction
- 3 Large tomatoes
- 1 Cup of arugula
- 1 Small onion
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- Mix well and serve

- Add 2 Pounds of peeled new potatoes and cover with water
- Boil for about 20 minutes
- Drain water out
- Chop 1/4 cup of dill
- Add tbsp of oil or butter
- Some salt and pepper to taste
- Mix well and serve
