Easy Pumpkin Cake Recipe

 

Ingredients and Directions For Pumpkin Cake

  • Grate 18 oz (500g) of pumpkin
  • Place it in a bowl and add 4 oz (100g) of sugar
  • Small pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil
  • 6 oz (170g) of flour
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • Mix until smooth
  • Smear baking pan with oil and pour the mixture
  • Bake at 360F/180C for about 50 minutes or until cooked
  • Serve as required
