Arugula Salad with Tomatoes and Boiled New Potatoes with Dill Recipe

Ingredients and Direction

  • 3 Large tomatoes
  • 1 Cup of arugula
  • 1 Small onion
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • Mix well and serve

Ingredients and Direction

  • Add 2 Pounds of peeled new potatoes and cover with water
  • Boil for about 20 minutes
  • Drain water out
  • Chop 1/4 cup of dill
  • Add tbsp of oil or butter
  • Some salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix well and serve
